It all started in China when I went to work as a model when I was 18.
There, alone, I had to learn how to deal with many difficult situations, especially in relation to my profession. I was often judged on my appearance or treated like a worthless object by the people around me.
The job was very demanding physically and mentally, and living on the other side of the world was very demanding emotionally.
I didn’t know how to say no without suffering, I didn’t know how to deal with difficult situations and that made me extremely stressed and anxious over time.
I adopted an inflexible and radical stance as a way of defending myself against mean words and people who tried to deceive me at work, which made everything very exhausting, because this was not me and this was not a sustainable and healthy way to live.
I felt bad when I shut up and let everything get to me, and I felt even worse when I got extremely angry and impatient with everyone around me.
After all, I wasn’t either of those extremes, but I couldn’t find the balance between those two states and being who I really was.
I don’t remember exactly how I got there, but I do know that I left that room transformed, feeling good, light, like I haven’t felt in a long time. It was like a weight I had been carrying for years had been lifted off my shoulders.
As I got deeper into yoga and meditation, I started to sleep better, to see things around me with more beauty and lightness. I started to change my way of thinking and to have different attitudes.
I understood that all I needed was balance.
Life is an eternal balancing act, finding a middle way, holding and letting go, inhaling and exhaling, contracting and relaxing, activity and rest
With yoga and meditation I learned tools that help me dance this dance of life, finding a balance, a middle way, to live with more lightness, love and purpose with myself and with everyone around me.
I learned to reconnect with myself and live a life with more health, awareness and meaning.
I discovered so many things that I couldn’t keep just for myself.
An immense desire was born in my heart to share this awareness with other people.
I started to feel like showing the world that it is possible to live in a balanced way through awakening our inner light.
So I decided to further deepen my knowledge by studying with great masters in Asia.
I studied yoga and meditation in China, Thailand and India. It was there in India, at the Rishikul Yogshala school, that I graduated and became a teacher.
I started sharing what I knew through YouTube videos and Instagram posts.
My networks began to grow and influence thousands of people across Brazil and around the world, which boosted the project, which gained greater proportions.
With my videos, classes and courses, I have impacted more than 40 MILLION people, helping every single heart to find more balance in their lives. My goal is to make each person discover within themselves the tools to deal with anxiety, stress and body aches.
I understand that we came into this world together, and it’s not by chance. We are here to take care of each other and help each other on this journey.
